Our journey of discovery started one day when we discovered the magic environment behind the coffee beans of Nicaragua. We soon realised that coffee in this country is not just a simple drink but a key element of the eco-system in the high altitude forest at the heart of Central America.
Nicaragua is one of the smallest countries in the world, but produces some of the best quality coffee on the market, perhaps more proof that small is beautiful.
